Tube Laminates

Tube laminates for packaging tubes are multi-layer composite materials used to manufacture laminated tubes. They are widely applied in the packaging of toothpaste, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food products. By combining plastics with aluminum foil or barrier films, these sheets offer both the aesthetic appeal of plastic and the high-barrier protection properties of metal.

Based on the material used for the barrier layer, laminated sheets are primarily categorized into two types:
1. Aluminum Barrier Laminate (ABL)
Structure: Consists of a thin layer of aluminum foil (typically 9μm to 30μm) sandwiched between multiple layers of plastic (usually polyethylene).
2. Plastic Barrier Laminate (PBL)
Structure: Composed entirely of plastic layers, with the middle layer typically utilizing EVOH (Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol copolymer) as the barrier material.
